Yup, got myself a new 3900 "LZ" motor and 6spd manual trans. Wrapped in a brand new 2006 G6 GTP. Started the paperwork on the car last night at work and finalized the deal today. The woman is out driving it around right now.
It was a deal we couldn't pass up. Been in the market for a new car for a good reliable daily driver for her to use for work. With 1.0 % financing, My employee discount on the car, 1500$ GM Visa points I had accumulated, along with 650$ Ring in to win cash, and we get 2 paid free payments from GM due to she Just graduated this past fall with her Masters degree from University, Which applies to the Honor Roll program with GM.
Car is Electric Blue, 2 door GTP, Black Cloth interior (don't need the leather), 18 inch 5spoke rims. at the time of taking it home last night it had 5km's on it. Drove it around a bit last night put on 35 km's just cruising around in it.
First time I've ever bought a "Brand New" car.
The freaking fleet is huge now, Gotta sell off two vehicles now. As we're up to 5 vehicles between the two of us.

I've already got the go ahead to fabricate a new stainless 3 inch CAI for it. Very Happy. Thats about all I'll be doing to it for now. Its her daily driver for 80% of the time. I've got my 2 toys already.
