as for RSM flow #'s, well, those are RSM's #'s, not DPP's. you cannot compare RSM to DPP's work.
as for OBD2 tuning, i swear i have mentioned this 1 million times now, DHP does provide PCM's to ALL 1996+ GM V6'S, and you can order them from DPP. they have been doing 3100 and 3400 PCM's for at least 2 years, hell, i was the first 3100 96 PCM tuned by DHP, at his house, in his garage.
