    as for RSM flow #'s, well, those are RSM's #'s, not DPP's. you cannot compare RSM to DPP's work.

    as for OBD2 tuning, i swear i have mentioned this 1 million times now, DHP does provide PCM's to ALL 1996+ GM V6'S, and you can order them from DPP. they have been doing 3100 and 3400 PCM's for at least 2 years, hell, i was the first 3100 96 PCM tuned by DHP, at his house, in his garage.

    As was the issue with that other thread, you imply that I say things that I didn't. I don't need to worry about what you cannot compare with really. When you have flow specs and cc your ports, ill "get my panties in a bunch". As for the original poster of this thread, I would assume they don't care about the pissing contest you like to bring to this board.

      i could care less how you do your own business or how good or bad you do it.

      i offer a low cost and proven alternitive, thats it.

      i have never claimed that my stuff will out flow others, nor have i EVER bashed your work.


      if i were to go and get crazy and have every set flowed my prices would reflect that, however i dont so i can keep the cost low.

      im the guy people with a budget orders from. it works, thats all that matters to me. and evidently with the amount of orders ive been getting, its obvious im doing something right.



      ben, if you want me to port an exhaust port and intake port on a head and send it to you, i would be more than happy to let you flow them as long as your going to be fair and honest. hell, i would even send you a set of intakes. do you even have your flow bench set up yet to even compare?

          Yes, this isn't helping the original poster, but I don't see him replying with what he wants to do with the car exactly or how in depth he wishes to get (would be important to actually give good advise other than the real basic stuff). My reply is for this.

          I take great offense to this. I wasn't aware that anyone thought that I was unfair or dishonest with my business. Please, if you have a reason for saying this, let me know. Otherwise, please retract your statement as it doesn't look very good for me, and without merit, it doesn't look good for you.

            i said that due to the fact that you are "competition" and you are offended by that, well, i dont know what to tell you but to suck it up and drive on because i wont change what i say or how i feel. and i dont have to have merit to make a statement, i have over 2 years of you trying to shit on me, so i may not have merit to say that, but i sure as hell have the right to say it.

            would you openly send RSM, APOC, SA, Milzy, or myself anything and not worry is they will be tested objectively? thats my point.

            do i care what the results of a test would be? of course. am i going to loose sleep at night without them? nope. do i trust anyone, especially someone that has done nothing but give me a hard time for how long now? nope. do i THINK you'll be honest if i sent you something? i dont know, i dont know you personally to judge your character, just the same as you would with me.

            at least i offered to let you test them.


            seriously ben, i have absolutely nothing against you or brad or this site or your store or anyone here. however, i will not stop saying that this site is very opinionated and "clique'ish" and at time its almost nausiating especially when new ideas or thoughts are posted and then "core" group of people here attack the poster for having an idea, good or bad.

            i have never claimed to know more than you or anyone else about porting. i only know what i have read and experienced. did i go to school for this? of course not, i wear a suit to work and sit in an office and have a desk. i do this as a hobby for FUN. i only know that what i do works, and works well enough to make gains in HP and the 1/4 which have been proven.

            other than you trying to learn how to work your flow bench and showing flow gains, what hp and 1/4 gains can you claim?

              yeah, i thinks it's mostly my fault. i lost track of what the origional post was all about. but like you said Ben, he's not saying much.

              I was just wondering why someone would send their work to the "competition" to flow their heads instead of an independent source in hopes that the "competition" will be honest.

                Here's my 2 cents worth. Dont have to have merit?                 Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance
