naturally, when you buy a used car for less than 1k there is going to be some gremlins somewhere.
i about have mine nailed(for now) but today i actually got underneath the car and with the getrag, this car has become like 500% easier to work on. even the damn alternator is easy to access now.
if you do not have a 5spd get one. i think the performance is a little better but that isn't the point. everything is so easy to get to now it's insane, they should have made these trannies standard.
if you find a 284, get one and swap that puppy in or ditch the auto's and buy a manual car. you'll thank me when you do.
btw car is a 94 gtp grand prix.
