  • Keeping GM in the family

My family has almost always been a GM family. There have been a couple times we have ventured out of GM, but not very often. I have never owned anything but GM, and neither has my wife. And now, we are keeping the tradition with our daugther...

Yeah, that's right. A Pontiac Solstice. I couldn't believe it when we picked it up the other day. I was so proud of my wife and she didn't even realize what she did. Anyway, after Christmas comes, I'll let everyone know how it performs. Might have to do some mods in the spring.

RE: Keeping GM in the family

Lets make it a 60V6 project vehicle. Just get 2 batteries and put them in a 60 degree angle

I dunno... it's still in the box. But it will be getting a 60V6.com decal at the very least!

I'll have to look into it. Its already a 12v setup, so to increase performance, I'd have to do 2 12v batteries. I could do 2 6V batteries in series, but that just wouldn't be as cool... We'll have to see what I go to put it together.

LOL I can picture Brad now lighting up his daughters little barby mobile cuz he shorted it out and sent 600A through the power wire making it burst into flames.

This thing has the potential for the best power to weight ratio of any 660. Digg'n the pink tires.

Dude, where did you get that and how much? My ex's little girl would LOVE that!
Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance
