Clear tail lights and turn signals on black vehicles.

Blacked out tail lights and head lights on white vehicles.

Body kits and wings on cars that don't even look semi-fast (CRV's and other hatchbacks).

Huge windsheild banners on otherwise stock cars that aren't even meant to have performance mods done to them (such as "Neon" ) Did you forget what you bought???

Racing stripes on a vehicle with stock rims or hubcaps. Basically, almost every Avenger or Neon you see.

Stereo systems that are worth more than the car. Been there, done that.

Darwin inside the Jesus fish with legs on it. (just my personal beliefs, not trying to convert anyone.)

Calvin peeing on anything.

Do you forget that there is now a neon available that, stock for stock, can take anything this board supports? Besides...consider the crowd and don't be so quick to dog on what you're "not supposed to modify." I suppose your Buick Century project car is GM's newest tuner vehicle, eh?

But I have to add people that purposely keep their car in the highest possible gear to accentuate the sound of their fart tip. Not even a muffler...a fart tip.

I don't really care what other people do to their cars. Yes, I know about the turbo Neon's. I'm talking about the '97ish Neons that have no power. Mod what you want man. No, my Century is not the best tuner vehicle, but I'm not trying to make people look and say, "Wow, he must have that thing tuned!" No body kit, no spoiler, no stickers. A true sleeper. All show and no go is what I'm talking about here. Isn't modifying cars and hotrodding stuff supposed to be about taking vehicles that weren't meant to do a certain thing and then make it do that?

I just put this up because I thought we would get a couple of laughs out of it. I'll just delete it if it really offends you that much...... Besides, what should my opinions really matter? Do you take everything you read on the Internet as gospel? I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but take this thread as it was meant to be. A JOKE!!!!!

I HATE rich/old people that have nice cars like Mustang or Z28 and drive them damn slow. I hate when rich people don't wash expensive cars. At least guys like us know when to do proper maintenance with the cars we have.

I pretty much keep up on what is out there. I don't do work on other cars because I don't own others. I do own a Mopar 440 though. I'm not biased to GM at all. I know there are a lot of fast cars out there. Faster than either of mine.........

I second that. Once this guy in town got his 4 door Sunbird painted orange/brown, those ghey chrome Canadian Tire hubcaps, etc... it looked like rice in the purest form.

I paint $50 at the wreckers for a stock 15" alluminum wheel for my car. I'm sure if I wanted 4 wheels I could get even better deal. Unless you are totally poor there is no excuse why anyone can't get some sort of aluminum rims and chuck the hubcaps.

I think that depends on the car. On a black car, alot of times if you shine up the black wheels it looks good. On a white car sometimes it looks good too, but it's become a mainstay in this area to have black rims on white cars and it does not always look good.

Black Rims on a white car can look REALLY GOOD if it is done right.



The thing that I hate the most is MILES of chrome on cars, and people that talk about their "FAST" cars, but are not willing to back it up.
