Making 700HP for cheap

700hp? $200?? HHHHHMMMM, its tough, but possible. Take ALL your money and go to your local import shop (I build custom cars so I knowthis is the place to go) and invest in a nice neon kit (pink produces the most power). Should cost you around $100 but will give you an easy 400-450. The rest invest in stickers!! The small ones will net you around 2-10hp depending on size and saying or company (pm me with which specidic stickers you want and I'll tell you the exact hp gains to expect). The larger ones and ones that say, like, GTR or Type R or Type S or something like that will get you 15-20hp EACH.
See, you can make 700hp for $200 and you dont even have to get your manicured hands dirty.

I suppose I could come up with some more money. Would $250 make it any faster? And its not my parent's money. I got it from my grandma.

I got stickers and stuff, I'm not sure how they work. The car doesn't seem to go any better. The big ones get kind of expensive, and I can't see out my windows very well.

Actually, for 200 bux, you can buy an unused Iraqi Scud. Lot more HP than 700, but can't steer worth a damn. (Have many ratchet straps, and tie downs, to attach to car.) I had to edit this...I am a Machinist. I can drill the hole for the fuse.
