I'd kinda like it from the sides if it had a few less slits. I think it is ugly from the back. Ok from the front. I would like to see it with matching color also.

Other than the fake louvres on the side, kinda looks cool. Not ricey at all. Especially with the stock spoiler. A little work, and some paint.....
If I had a Lumina. I like ground effects, as long as they are well used.
If you are driving a Chevy, everything else, is just a blur. 3.4 Carbon Footprint.
