Yeah what ever happened to that project?

If you still have that ECM, would it run fuel only? as in a second injector bank?

Got married and now she drives the car almost as much as I do... And with a 3yr old around, its kind of hard to find time to work on it. Not to mention we bought a house in July which we are basically completely remodelling. I really do intend to get back to it one of these days...

As far as fuel only, I'm not sure. Since its a full standalone, I don't think there is a way to turn off the ignition side of it.

Ahh cool, I couldn't remember if it was full control of ignition or not, it has been a few years since you started that project.

Yea the ring above is the same notch spacing as the DIS wheel on stock cranks.

Why do you not have a reluctor wheel? Thats impossible on a 3.4L.. Are you using a 2.8L crank. Also if you have no wheel then you have an external balance crank. Or are you saying you have the wheel but no notches in it

Well I have made the one in the pic only. It only works for RWD.

I will get my hands on a FWD pulley/balancer and make a wheel for it aswell.

However I still need to fab brackets aswell.

Well for the ring and bracket maybe $40 or so... I have 10 rings cut now for RWD pullies..

When I get around to making the one for FWD pullies I will cut 10 of them.. Then I have to make a bracket.

Well...dont i need a "rwd" one? I dont know why you keep saying FWD vs RWD... cant be internal VS external balance...

                            Just confused a little here.

Different accessory drives with different pullies.

The FWD pushrod cars have a balancer/pulley combo

RWD had a bolt on pulley.
