I bought a new Grand Am GT and have been back to the dealer 4 times now. Each time the importance of my repairs are minimized. I have an engine that surges while parking, and a trunk carpet that looks like is has been in a wreck, among other pesky things. The dealership repair people are nice, but I keep getting the run-around I.E "We can't find anything wrong, so there is nothing wrong..." Going to another dealership may be an option, but I'll need to take time from work to travel.
Is there a third party hot line to get disputes settled / to get the dealership off their dead a__ ???
