we're already screwed here. at least the exemption is a rolling 25 years.
i had to junk my APV cause it had a burned valve and would not pass no matter what i did to it, and all i needed it to do was get my sister around town for a few months, but they wouldnt give me plates.

The counties in the Cleveland area that will continue the program for the next two years are: Lake, Cuyahoga, Portage, Summit, Medina, Lorain and Geauga.

i live in medina county.

this is why i try and keep older vehicles, or register my trucks over 10,000 because all commercial vehicles over 10k gvw do not get tested.
