If you use nitrous, it isn't NA. period.

The nitrous shot kills it being the fastest NA time. So you are back to him running a 16.1...
        Yup

I'm pretty sure Corey only meant NA as in no turbo or supercharger since he has a nitrous kit that he purchased and will probably use for his fastest times(???).
N/A as in no nitrous. I won't include my nitrous time as a best N/A time. I will go for a best time with and without nitrous. I mainly have nitrous for bracket racing. Which I do a lot of.

It still be a few months before the setup is done. I plan to rebuild my tranny before I get my setup running. I plan right after christmas for the whole setup to be done.

Best I ran is a 16.23 with a 2.300 60 ft. My best 60 ft is a 2.250 but i held the trans in first gear too long and i ran a 16.4 in the same day as my 16.23.

that was with a ffp pulley, custom intake. 62mm tb which really does nothing cause my plenum isn't matched. Catback exhaust 2.5'' with no res. ffp dog bones. 4t60e b&m shift kit which i believe does nothing.

If headers are not in the question as of now, you might want to try getting the down pipe remade larger. That I know works very well and you will notice the difference. In fact if you are building up an engine I wouldn't run without it. My muffler shop by me fabs them for like $40 at 2.5 inches. Somthing I've noticed, you can have a big exhaust after the cat but if that down pipe is still stuck at 2inchs its still going to hold up the engine. And don't be fooled. On the later cars the downpipe is doubled up for faster catalyst light off so its going to look big....but it isn't. Switching to the '97 style downpipe and rear manifold will make life easier or you'll have to find a flange to the 3.4 tdc down pipe and use that. Oh and you might want to match up that intake. Those 2 things will get your car rolling quicker.

just so you know.. a 90shot killed my 3.1, it didnt have enough fuel flow to support the nitrous. If you go over 70, you will want to run a wet manifold or direct port or say goodbye to the pistons.

i got a75 shot. would a fuel pressure regulator help? would you recommend larger injectors than the 3400 injectors?
