I have totalled it up a few times before, but everytime I get depressed. With all the money I have spent on this car I should have the fastest GP in the world, but sadly most all of the money went to repairs.

        Car - $11,500 June 29 1999
Repairs - Everything in the engine bay has been replaced besides the engine but it has had some gaskets, sometime 2 or 3 times, Lots of new interior items, and TONS of maintnence! The Price is HIGH and I have stopped counting!
Mods - Filter, Exhaust, TB polish, Brake pads, lots of little things appearance wise.

That sounds like alot right, but as my Mom tells me I have replaced everything so its a NEW GTP now!

Heres to going broke for a car!

Before anybody blames the engine - Thats
        1995 Pontiac GTP
Over $12K invested, and still its slow. Maybe thats because thats most all repairs. Don\'t knock the engine though, because thats the only part that has seemed to last.

This will just depress me. almost 10 years and 140k miles:

          Car-6000 in 96
          1200 for warrenty
2 sets of rims over the years-1100
          suspension-1600
          5 sets of tires-2500
          brakes-1500
          interior(mods, racing seats, Z26 seats)-1500
          engine(NEW GM plus install) 5000
          New rebuilt auto installed-2000
          5spd swap-1400
          full 5spd rebuild+install and clutch/flywheel-2200
paint and body work after being keyed or dinged-1900
          sunroof, foglights, dynomat, stereo-3000
          AC system repairs-1400
          Turbo/TGP setup-400
          MISC items (GTU GFX etc)-1000

I dont want to add it up and cry, all that money I could have something a lot better. But almost 10 years and 140 k miles and any car is going to get expensive.
