I have tried several times to get promotional things for the site, and they never seem to go as planned. But I am inquiring about 1 more idea I have...
Would anyone be interested in a 60V6 Polo/Golf shirt? Now that I have a real desk job, the whole business casual thing is finally hitting me. We are alittle more lax than business casual, but I'm sure most people are. So I figured why not a colored shirt with the 60V6 logo (similar to the decals) embroidered above the left pocket. The shirts I'm looking at DO NOT have pockets though. They are JERZEES 5.6oz Jersey Knit Sport Shirt with SpotShield, probably in Navy color with a white or grey logo. The minimum order is 12 and they will probably end up being around $18 when all is said and done. That should cover the shirt, embroidery and shipping. So we probably aren't going to make much, if anything off of these. BUT, if I decide to do this (which means people interested in it), I will most likely require money up front. I don't want to end up like I have in the past. And I think since I am in the middle of buying a house, if I bought them up front, my wife would kick my ass.
I've got an iquiry with the company and maybe I can get a graphic of what it would look like when finished. If anything, I can get a spec sheet for the shirt for people to make sure it is of good quality. This is one thing that I feel I would be willing to spend a little extra on since it will be something people will most likely wear to work.
