thats gross, kids in school driving beamers, and bently's... my school lot was full of $1000 mustangs, camaros, s-10s, rangers, a few full size trucks and a ton of small cars. one girl had a 944 convertable. we made of fun of daddy's girl.If you aren't friends with a liar, you aren't friends with anyone.

We had some Defender 90s as well as some BMW SUVs at KSU. In high school, we had a girl with a convertible 325i and another with an early 80s Vette. Of course, when I was in high school, the expensive vehicles weren't the "in" thing yet...-Brad-

I live close to my old high school, and things have changed. I think the nicest car on the lot was an '89 mustang (in '91). Now i see brand new RSX's, Mini's, an H2, RX8's and the such. What ever happened to getting a job at the local grocery and buying your OWN car? My kids certainly will have to.

yeah i bought my cavalier in a sickly unreliable state for $800 when i was 15, and 3 days before i got temps to drive it the headgaskets went. so my minimum wage ass had to bum rides so i could work for cash to pay for every part that i needed to fix it so i could drive. the most help i got carwise, if you call it help, was i won $1000 in a bet with my own dad to put down on the T/A.If you aren't friends with a liar, you aren't friends with anyone.
