as for saturn, it not gonna get axed. as i see it, saturn is owned by gm, but realy doent use a whole lot of gm (they use the ecotec engine, but thats about it) and is realy their own design.

You're kidding, right? The new Ion is the same platform as the Cobalt. The "L" is the same platform as the previous Opel Vectra, also has the V6 that was used in Saabs and Opels. The Vue is just like the Equinox and Torrent. The Relay, well, that's just another one of the many GM minivans.
