RE: Any INTENSE fans out there?

I knew that was coming eventually.

I used to be fine with intense until a couple years ago when they screwed my dad on two different LSD's. But, since then, I haven't liked them at all. If they are treating everyone like they treated my dad, which it sounds like they are, they won't be in buisness much longer.

I'm not the least bit suprised about that post, or the one that Big Jeff wrote about the LSD's.

Yeah, that worked. I have a good friend that works with Intense and Scott Cook regularly. I have to wonder after this if he will continue that relationship. He's a damn fool if he does.

Well I have never delt with them but I dont own a 3800.

But in any case you can blame both parties. That guy SHOULD NOT have shelled out so much cash on repeated product failure.

Intense obviously has shitty products which people know about yet he and his friends kept getting stiffed with a bill. I would have raised hell thats total bullshit. The "free dyno tune" that the guy took as a good will gesture and then stiffed yet again with a huge bill was retareded. I woulda just said "fuck you buddy" and peeled off.

Stupid descisions on both sides of the table. More so on Intense's part.

Americans like to sue people. Someone should try it.

Class action lawsuits have come up in discussion over on GAGT.com, so we'll see...

what the hell did Intense offer for the Grand Am that they would be talking class action lawsuit? Poly dogbone inserts

unfortunately in the business world, a company can file for bankruptcy and "wash" their hands clean, make up a new name, and start all over.

also, depending on what type of company they are, LLC, INC, etc.... will also determine how much of a responsibilty they have in a lawsuit.

whats sad is the fact that the same individuals that are leaking the info out, is the same people that kept quite for how many years?

they are as responsible as any other person at Intense, including mr cook in a courts eyes, ESPECIALLY if big jeff was 1/2 owner, or hell, ANY part of ownership would share the burden of ANY lawsuit.

they dont get away clean just because they quit Intense and spilled the beans

Its not the GAGT guys, but some of the GTP guys that still hang out there that have been contacted about possible lawsuits.

LOL I just said that because it seems Americans love to sue. I didn't know they were really thinking about it.

But like I said that guy is pretty dumb to keep paying money for parts from a company that has treated him wrong. I agree that in a courts eyes both parties have to take blame.

But then if someone can sue McDonalds for serving hot coffee then they may have something.

Not all Americans like to sue. The whole "it's not my fault, it's yours" started with that stupid McDonalds thing. If they wouldn't have settled out of court, all these frivolous(sp?) lawsuits wouldn't be going on. I'm not saying companies shouldn't be responsible for making faulty goods or providing questionable services, but come on! It's f'ing coffee! It's going to be hot! I agree with the INTENSE thing being both parties faults, and this might be a live and learn experience. A very expensive one, at that.

Americans sue beacause it is so easy and they hold no responsibility if they loose.

In America if you sue McDonalds and loose you do not have to pay for any of their legal costs

In Canada if you sue McDonalds and loose you have to pay for ALL of the legal costs. So you better be damn sure you will win or be rich because I gurentee McDonalds has $500+ an hour lawyers.
