ok my friend has a geo tracker dont know the year. but the wipers wont turn off tryed everything except pulling the steering column apart everything else works what could this be. also the switch where you can turn the speed up from low to high works they just wont turn off. its stuck in the mode where its constantly spraying fluid to clean the window .
