I have tried contacting through pm and email have not got a response. Cannot contact through aim because he is never on, or he changed his screen name and i do not have the new one.

I paid about $460 to have him P&P a set of heads and ship them to my house. Which, he has not done yet. If anyone knows another way to get into contact with him, or knows him let me know. I lost a few hundred from a guy on wbody over a year ago, and only recieved 1/6 of what he owed me back. I do NOT want to get screwed again.

Well, I can tell you that he hasn't posted here since Sept 9, 2004. Did you send him the money via regular mail, meaning you still have his mailing address? That would be the only way I could think of getting ahold of him. We could maybe check IPs to see if he re-registered under a different name maybe.

Anyone else have another idea?

Man, that sucks. If you paid by credit card, call them up and explain what happened. They might credit your account and help you find the guy.

I wish I still had his phone number. I've tried PM'ing him too, since you had asked me to, but no luck either. And, the same thing here when it comes to AIM. The last time I was at his place, he DID have the heads sitting on his bench, and he was working on them. From what I could tell, the one i could visually see was close to being finished. I couldn't tell from the other one.

I pay paled the money to him, from a check card from my bank so i can give them the call. Heres the story:


Last....feb/march i started talking with him about P&P a set of heads. I told him that i didnt have all the money right there to pay him, but i would pay a $200 deposit and the rest later when i got it. He said ok, and said they should be done in april. April came around he wasnt done and i didnt have all the money yet, he finished in may, and i paid him off in full in either june or july. When he got around to shipping them, someone dropped one of the heads so he had to redo another head. I lost contact for awhile, but when we got back in touch he said the second was finished and he needed to come up with the money to ship. Said he would ship jan 1 of this year, and would send me a tracking number. I never recieved a tracking number nor have i heard from him since december.

Stop payment on your credit card, or just go through Paypal's fraud protection. I did that and got my $90 for a calculator back within a week.

Only problem with that is it has to be within the last 45 days, the last payment i sent was in august 04. I made a complaint anyways about it but well see what happens. I just want to keep this thread alive so someone can see it.

I have also tried multiple times to contact 5speedz34 but he will not respond either. I guess he knows josh well.
