This is what it looked like when I got it...and thats pretty much what it looks like now. Just about everything is new though, besides the rear subframe and lateral arms, and the gas tank/fuel pump. Hopefully that shit holds up till spring

The 93 Regal is the same engine, but a 4T60-E instead of a 4T60. No problem, the computer and harness are all there, so ill just drop it in. As expected, it actually dropped in and all was good. Connect the wiring harness, and shits fucked. Key on, some lights work in the car, some don't, and no headlights. Long story short, I pull 4 grounds and a power wire out of the 1990 harness to feed to the interior. Then it all worked.
I'm not sure what the deal is with the trans cooler lines, but I have a new 93 regal radiator and hardlines, plus new lines to the transmission, and the routing goes right through the passenger cooling fan. So no cooling fan on that side for now. I wanted a pair of thin fans anyway for header clearance.
I gotta put the air dam on it and some interior pieces and then its ready to get an estimate to fix the rust thats under the body kit. Nothing structural that I could tell, but it needs to be fixed and the kit needs to be redone. The side panel is mostly glue/rubber which isn't holding up when it gets hot.
