NEED: Auto Dimming Mirror Wiring diagram

got a factory auto dim mirror w/compass from a 1996 Buick Park Ave. i'm putting it into my achieva and need to figure out the harness. it has 5 wires.
1)pink w/black stripe
2)black w/ white stripe
3)green
4)grey
5)orange

does it have a little clear square button on the bottom, to turn the dimming function on?
Green is definetly reverse-gear input
black is def ground
orange is usually the battery power for the dome lights (tis why I ask if it had reading lamps)
pnk/blk is usually hot in run (battery)
Grey- no idea

is it 1 plug on the harness or 2?

there's a black 3-position switch under mirror. kinda looks like this;
Off < M > C/M.
other #s on back side of housing are;12055M, I-E13-012580, I-e13-02-6022, GNTX-120, and a bunch of patent #s
BTW, has one 7 pin harness connector.
There appears to be either a reset button or a zone button (for the compass) inside the housing beside the "off" side of the switch.

i'm gonna try hooking up pink as key-on power, black as ground, and green as reverse signal. hopefully that will work. i saw a site that discussed the mirrors and apparently some mirrors are set up to dim outside mirrors simultaneously. so the two extra wires may be for outside positive and ground.

I have the same Mirror and I ALSO need the wiring Diagram.

I did find out that the photo sensor on the back of the mirror dims YOUR headlights when meeting traffic

Interesting. Since I've removed my tint on the back glass (peeling) this would be nice to have. And my mirror is starting to oxidize too.
