Yah it looks weird, but you can see the two belts. I wasn't arguing, I said "I stand corrected."

Yeah, because those engines are worthless piles of metal that only make more power than the majority of 60 degree v6s. I know what site this is, but don't be so blind.

take off the supercharger then how much power do they make tough guy, huh huh. j/p

Seriously tho, i'd never use one of those as an anchor, can you imagine how hard it'd be to pull it out, although, your probably better off just to cut the rope, looks like it'd be better used as some sort of chair, although it would be a fire hazard... hmm i really can't think of any use for them, now i will continue my run on sentence with some mumbo jumble about anti-femanist groups and their lack of discipline, they lack discipline, just like the great wild dogs of the aztec villagers, run by some dude with bad breath and long nails.

i get the joke, but its so tiring when people make fun of that engine when in reality they are pissed off that the 60 degree has virtually no aftermarket while the 3800 engines a thriving aftermarket shit i like both engines

No we just dont have an Over Priced aftermarket. There is a difference.

Name a part and I can tell you where to buy it. There isn't any parts we cannot buy.

Exactly, you just have to know where to look. An L67 cam itself costs $300, not including lifters or anything, yet I can get a cam for a 3.1 for $150 with lifters and lube. However, an L67 is far from useless. They have gobs of torque, and they have a really strong block so they can handle just about anything you can throw at them. They have more displacement, giving them a clear advantage over the 660's, but honestly they make good power and do everything GM intended them to do, and more. I like both engines about equally, but if I wanted to make a lot of horsepower (over about 350 or so) I would go with the L67 over the 660 any day of the week.

Actually that's true. It's only making 200hp vs the 3500 making the same horsepower and close to the same torque on .3L less displacement. My GAWD!

No 3800's do not have more displacement. There is a 3900 660 out now. And we just had a post of a 1600HP 660 running stock block heads and crank. So there ya go argument over. We win.

And a L67 without the blower will not make 200hp. I doubt it'd make above 180. Remember they have low compression, and their intakes were designed for boost, not NA.

RedCutlassSL, we aren't mad. I am just tired of defending the 660. We have an aftermarket, it just takes a lot of phone calls and a lot of "how much?" to get.

I think he means the FWD N/A 3800, Aaron. That's rated at 200hp. It's been rated at 200hp for at least 7 years now. The ones in the f-bodies had 205, I think.

Yes the N/A 3800(L36 IIRC) is at 200 now. But a L67 without the blower aint gonna make 200.

the L36s (3800s) that make 205 are in the cars bigger than the W bodies
and IIRC the N/A 3900 makes more power than a SC 3800 (L67)
