yeah I gotta agree, not a big Ford guy myself but, that car is pretty bad ass.

I also read that saleen is working on a 500+ hp version of the new mustang, along with a 325hp and supercharged 400hp. still wouldn't buy one (not enough doors for me)but, still slightly impressive

As far as the powertrain goes, they're just following Dodge now. Hey we can't get 600 from our V8, so lets add a couple slugs, and raise the redline. I lvoe how Ford and DOdge need to either add cylinders or add boost, just to have Chevy come right up on them yet again, and still using a small block V8.

Not a Fucked Over Rundown Dodge(FORD) guy but som bitch. That car makes me think back. Im liking where the manufactures are going with body styles. Lets see. Chevy SSR, Dodge Magnum, the new 'Tang come to mind. Been reading this site for about a year now and I get the impression that alot of younger readers "missed out" on the late 70s and early 80s econobitches. There was no such thing as styling then. Think Gremlin, Citation, Chevette etc.

SSR, Dodge Magnum, the new 'Tang ---> i think they're all ugly with exception to the magnum, because i like its ergonomics and practablility.

im loving how ford can't do anything right... the new mustangs exhaust is rusting on the showroom floor, its engine bay looks like shit, some ugly valve covers a big jug for washer fluid, japanese writing everywhere, a random intake system off an explorer thrown on. 235 width tires (on the GT), no IRS... its a beauty.

Shelby's an old douchebag and i've never liked a single car he's designed. They all look tacky.
