Allergies

ok ive got seasonal allergies this time of year from the pollen in the air
(hay fever)
for those who arent familiar with this......its a bitch and nasal congestion can make it very hard to breath and in turn make it hard to sleep
well its nearing the end of the season with the arrival of the first frost but now im stuck dealing with the stuff that made it into the house
i was just wondering how others deal with this
i did go to the store got some nyquil and benedryl so i can breath but damn im lit lmao

I watch NASCAR. Then I watch NHRA. Then I get a sinus infection. Then I go to the doc and get antibiotics. Then I take Allegra. Starts all over again.

I guess some people (families) are more likely than others to allergies. I know I have spent a lot of money trying to figure out what my families allergies are. All of us have sneezing, watery eyes, sinus drainage, runny nose almost 365 days a year.
