Im sure it was. Here's the funny thing, last nite on FX, I was watching Nip/Tuck and I believe I heard "god damn" and "shit" on there. I know its later in the night and all, but this was at 10 ET. I just think this whole cursing thing is rediculous

I dont think the fcc is directly responsible. I think NASCAR is reading way to far into what the fcc rules are. The other deal is these drivers are getting microphones stuck in their faces after 3-5 hours of extreme mental and physical excersion. Come on. They are only human . Last time I checked most of us were only human to. Think about the last time you ran for 20 minutes plus. Not jogged or walked. Could you talk coherently? Between breaths?

the earnhardts are the reason i bought my car... Junior number 1!... Let the FCC ride SHOTGUN for just one whole race and lets see if they let a swear slip once or twice after the race. They dont have to worry about driving, the point system, the other drivers, anything.

Besides, on my dish it has an incar camera with soundfeed from the pit crew/driver(or it did anyways), it was non-stop "The fuckin backends loose as shit!", I don't think very many people watching nascar have never heard someone say shit before, or are going to be offended by it.

And yes, i ran the beep test today and after my test i could sing thankyou very much. (ok fine, i quit half way through because i want to get the bonus marks for improving next time)

Ill go the same argument DEI is issuing. If you listen to or watch NASCAR you are already clued in to what you are going to hear. You do not have to listen to the scanner . They talk real world . Not like G. Bush!

Here we are, last 2 weeks. 25 points might bite JR. in the ass. If Jr. doesn't win, I am for Bush. Curt that is! (GWB already won) And..if Gordon does somehow take it, I will buy beer in packs of 23 only. And..as a sad note...Hate to see "The Lady" go. Suthin' 500 is gone after this year. Some of the best racing in History done here.

I'd rather see Gordon than Busch, even though Ive never been a Gordon fan. I just hate Busch. Junior can still pull it off though, Kurt has dodged a lot of bullets lately, its about time for one to get him

Bucsh just hasnt had the bad stuff happen to him YET. Hes been involved in a couple of wrecks and still had a decent car. That type of luck has its boundries and I think Bucsh is already out of bounds. Yeah the Southern 500 is almost gone but not forgotten. Just think next year Mothers Day weekend Saturday night under the lights! THAT ought to throw a stick in the crew chiefs spokes!
