I always wear it. I cannot think of a time where I even forgot it. It is just a natural habbit when I get in the car.

Here a ticket for no belt is $116. Plus everyone in the car over 16 is responsible for their own belt. If they dont have it on and they're over 16 they pay. Under 16 and the driver pays.

Always wear mine. One of my best friends died because he didn't have one on. Really sucks for something like that to happen to open up your eyes. In PA, not wearing a seat belt is a secondary offense, meaning they have to stop you and ticket you for something else before you get the ticket for the seat belt.

It is very seldom I use the safety belt.

Almost ten years ago I totaled a Camaro. It rolled several times and ended up on the roof. I ended up under the dash. The top of the car was crushed down so far it broke the seat backs clean off. The officer at the scene said "Boy if you had you seatbelt on your head would be as flat at road kill on the highway!". To this day I am still convinced belts will harm you just as much as they can help you.

Thats the most stupid shit I have ever herd. A seatbelt will double your chances of survival. There is know way of knowing how the accident would have been different had you been wearing a belt. Just your mass alone acting differentally while in the car with a belt on verus not having a belt on could have made the car land right side up.
