I'm hoping to get this back together...how do you remove the covers on the steering column ? I have to tighten up the torque screws on the tilt steering and put it all back together...thanks!

Heh... good ol Saginaw column... you have to take the whole damn thing apart to do anything with it.

    Have fun!

Thanks. I just pulled the steering column out of my 93 cutlass ciera, which recently died. Do you know if that can that be swapped out into the 91 3.1 sunbird? I gave the car to my local fire department for a "jaws of life" drill...

Making good progress on the bench, I never thought I'd even get this far so I'm thrilled!
