I'm there next year for sure. It'll be some kinda record I'm sure. I think it was a 2500Km trek for me this year. But I couldn't afford such adventures this year.

Most likely sporatic shots of chicks, since no families came along.... I, of course, had nothing to do with them!

Here is probably my favorite shot of the entire meet:

It may look like just a shot of trees, but if you look near the top of the picture, that is Chris's nitro RC truck about 7 feet in the air after going off of a ramp. Chris needs to put up some of the videos as well, like the one where he tried to kill me by jumping the truck right at me!!!

They're just random chix, for Brad. :P And yes, Franz must be like the Highlander or something.

HOLY CRAP!!! I must say I look pretty darn good for my age!!
I was named after my grandfather, but even he wouldn't have been around then.
Sounds like you guys had a good time, sorry couldn't make it.

I got 1 cool effect shot because of it.. I can't imagine lugging a tripod around down there.. especially through fatmans misery (might be why they are banned)

So who's who in all the pictures?

And that last picture with the photoshop mention went right over my head - I still don't see what the deal is with it.

Who's white GP? Lorenzo's? Pretty good time for it if it's an auto!

What was the weather like at the track? It looked cloudy so it might not have been that hot???

It wasn't too bad, a little on the warm side and the humidty could have been lower but compared to monday it was awesome. The rain stopped around noon saturday and the sun poked out a few times for the next few hours, then sun till 8 when it got dark out. I didnt go to the track though cause I was working on taylors car (what else is new:P ) That and my car wasn't tuned or running right nor did I have the time to really test it all out. Mammoth cave was a lot of fun, especially hitting my head 5 times on the damn rocks...not hard but not fun either. Its always fun to hang out with our 60V6 core, wish a few others had shown (hey franz!) but you know, it wasn't really like we tried to make it the largest event ever either. Camping was nice, especially after the rain stopped and I didnt have to deal with the tent leaking and dripping in my eye.

I did get taylor's car working properly though and tuned up decently, and lorenzo's car is working a bit better now than it was when he went to the track...so im sure he can drop a few tenths now with the better low end and hopefully better top end. John's car however, i dunno, i hope its off on the tuning and the slipping clutch really doesn't help anything.

Non meet news, my car had bad spark plug wires and now a lot of my problems are fixed, though the tuning is still a real issue with it for the low end and the very top. Hope to run it at the track this weekend or next and learn how to launch a manual

Oh, and I learned quite a bit about the auto trans, seeing brads into was nice for seeing how its gonna be setup, brad is afraid of eating cherries in the milkshakes in front of everyone else (hehehe) and the invasion of poland was delayed due to rain...if that makes sense to anyone.

Im going to sleep, I woke up early to hang out with lorenzo and taylor before they left and its 2 am already. I had a great time minus not having my car, but it was a huge relief to not have it rain out the track or rain all weekend.
