i do like all of the thirdgens, but for the longest time i wanted an 86 trans am with the flat fin, all white or metallic blue with gray/silver ground effects. but i realize camaros are cheaper, and the 89-92 rs looked great and had a 60 degree. a good looking domestic v6 hatchback thats just dripping "80's". what made me turn my head was my brothers 89, even tho it had a tired 2.8-i still wanted it. the trans am came with the aerowing and had hideways. the camaro had the distinctive quad headlights, and a small fin. so it just seemed more "80s"

2nd gen Jbodies, light, handle well and cheap to make fast (I've owned 3)
3rd gen Fbodies, minus all the mullet jokes they are great cars (I've owned 3)

I always liked the Monte SS's, they were slow stock and handle like garbage but looked cool... the same for the El Camino SS's

Delorean, gotta love it. I almost bought one at one point. That would have been a great car to '660 swap.

Syclone/Typhoon.. Close enough to the 80's and no explanation needed.
