1. login using your social security number
2. verify 'something'.. DL number, ID number, mothers maiden name..
3. Vote for whoever
4. Once the vote has been registered w/ your SS number, you cannot vote again

I would almost bet this would increase the voter population by 33% if not more

Oh, and run this off a linux server with military strength encryption so some 14yr old can't hack in and change votes

Ah, Election year. I agree with a lot of things a lot of you say. I also disagree with some. The lesser of two evils would be GWB. Kerry just rubs me the wrong way. I believe he has a purple heart on and we will get fucked. The electoral college is way outdated. The party system sucks. We should be able to vote on the internet. Hell, we pay taxes that way. And although I would never live anywhere but the USA, we could really take some Government lessons from Canada. Terrorism, Now think about that for a second. We should let the terrorists just come in, and fly our planes, into whatever they want? Or drive a car bomb into a small Elementary school in Anytown,USA? Or, walk into The Mall Of America, strapped with 100 lbs. of high explosives? Yes, we need to focus on Homeland, but we need to be diligent in the hunt, and prevent another 911. Otherwise, that focus is lost. This is not just in a third world anymore. This is our turf! No Government program is flawless. Yes, Homeland Security has flaws, as it did before Dec. 7th, 1941. And we won then! And we will this time. It won't happen next week, or next year, but, we will win. Are young men and women going to die? Yep. That's war. This is just very unconventional. We stop, and we give the bad guys a free pass into the movie. And it may be the one you and your family are attending. BTW, where did you get that war against noun thing? All wars are against nouns. Whether it be ideas, ideals, terror, or even catastrophic acts against mankind. All nouns. So is the War on poverty, homelessness, jobs, starvation, child abuse, drug abuse, teen pregnancy, etc............Can we win all of them? Got to try. America is ran lke a business and who do you think it really helps alot....The rich no matter what or who is in office America will become more and more corrupt every year, mean while we lose more of our freedoms, the rich are the only ones that can affored to break the law, get taxed more when it supposed to go down, the government creates new laws and passes new bills behind our backs for the main purpose of generating revenue for both local and federal branches not only do they create new crap they double fines if not triple.

Crap I got fined 50 dollars for tree branches in my front yard that I never cut down, I contested it and said I don't own a tool that can cut so neatly...Never the less the branches are still there because I know the city cut them and left them branches there.

The government really needs to start paying attention to it own people instead of other countries, becasue honestly there is 3rd world communities right here and are not getting any better.

OK I'm going off the wall here and tossing in my two cents. How about stopping terrorism at it's source. Maybe if uncle Sam didn't always walk in to a country with big plans for a better life for everyone who is part of the Ol'-Meltin'-Pot. Because all of a sudden BAM, as soon as everyone wises up, the country is getting exploited for its resources and labour. Then when one of the US beurocrats gets pissed, then they jerk them around with international trading and policy and so on and so forth.

It's quite simple that the world is getting tired of uncle Sam fucking them over and they are lashing out. Unfourtunatily it's not directly at the preticular "beurocrats" or corporate CEO's that set-up the exploitation. They target the general area's and with them the people making critical desisions, aswell as the poor fucking janitor making 5 bucks an hour hangin' out with the rats. So, how about fair trading and international cooperation, not exploitation and assimilation. Just because it seems OK through the eyes of the US doesn't meen it's ethicaly or morally right.

I agree on how terrorists target the general public. This is bullshit, but they are too afraid to target the real problems (although had the one plane actually hit the White House, the would have had the right idea on that one). I guess they somewhat had the right idea with the Pentigon too. Target the fucking government that is screwing you over, not the Every day Joe trying to make a living. Dubya is fucking us over just as much as he is the people overseas. Look at our jobs status. Look at how the rate of people declaring bankruptcy has taken a sharp upturn. I say cut bait and get the hell out. The longer we are over there, the more we piss them off. What's going to happen the more we piss them off? Probably another 911, but at least it won't be as easy this time. Yes, this country is fuct. The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer, more so nowadays. The government isn't running the country anymore, it is a thinkpot of ways to make a fast buck. My wife was telling me a while back about some stupid bill that had deeply buried in the lines and lines of bullshit was a way for them to take money from this bill and distribute it to some bullshit scam they have. I have no doubts this really happens. I know alot of people scream bullshit to alot of the stuff that Michael Moore says, but watch "Bowling for Columbine" and see how things pan out in there. After watching that movie, I thought about moving to Canada, because they don't worry about half of the bullshit that we think of everyday as common life here. Thank you for reading my opinion
