Porting 3800 heads

Took a break from the BMW M20 885 head to figure out the 3800 S2 head. Found some extra flow hiding behind the port wall

Went a bit too far? Looks like you broke threw the wall. Some kind of runner flow balancing?

Would have been the 59th test on that port had it not poked through. Its a test head so it was my goal to go through eventually. Used that to grind into the roof and around the bowl to see how thick everything is so I know the limit for the last port I have before doing the real set of boost ported 3800 heads.

Damn good way of finding out what the limit is. Other than that it's just guessing.
Didn't like my runner flow balancing joke? Or you could call it a secondary plenum.
