Prices have come down on them some, but they sell for a pretty penny. Not only would his oil pan be smashed, he likely destroyed the entire front suspension.

I'm sure the entirty of his under cairrage is trashed. That rock stood at least 10 inches high, I'd be willing to bet he snagged more that a few things in it as het powered through it.

Not so much conspiracy theorist...that stuff is for the paranoid with too much free time. The FBI went live with the system a month ago. So it is no longer in testing, it is deployed and fully functional.
