91 dohc, but It didn't have any marking on it or the duel tail pipes when i got it so i don't know if it was a gsi. I just bought as a beater and after i tuned it up, it really suprised me. so i did a little work to it so i could destroy the hondas around here.

i knew the stock Hp was up there on it, but i couldn't remember exactly what mine dynoed at.
Raceing a ricer is like running in the specail olympics. Even if you win your still retraded.

I had a 1990 storm with the first GSI motor, a 1.6L stock was 160hp. 91 and up were a 1.8L with the same 160hp. I put a center force clutch for the best power to the trans! I dynoed it a 223 hp running 6lbs of boost from a turbo! It was a fun little beater car that would lay some rubber, and kick some A$$!!!

We went to the Boneyard and pulled the exhaust off a Nissan Quest van. Same as my wife's Villager and installed the flex pipe. (Kind of a web type thing) So far, no problems. Told him about the rich condition, but the manifold hasn't cracked yet, so...We left it alone. It is still a Ricer, but I am glad to know that people here can work on both. Actually, I have made some good money on Rice. This made 50 bux! Thanx
