  • More screwing over of the citizens of America....

Ya, I got popped today. Parma Pricks strike again! 4 tickets in 1 stop. He made sure to try and hit me for everything he could, that's one thing to piss me off.

The biggest screw in the rear over this is NONE of it has anything to do with public safety. MY safety is MY business. It became MY responsibility when I turned 18.

This is all about making money for the cities. WORSE yet...WE LET THEM MAKE IT INTO LAWS! WTF!?

I got popped for a seat belt violation....Myself, my wife, and my 14 year old daughter ALL were wearing them!
I got popped for a front license plate. Really? Half the other states don't have them. Ruins the look of the car. Suck me.
Address on my license, I moved here this week, you ass!

This is my rant. If your a traffic cop, *uck you. You're a bully with a badge collecting for your mob boss. Driving is a RIGHT not a privilege you asshole! Do some good, stop the drunks, leave the safe speeders alone, learn to tell a safe speeder from a moron. Oh wait, that would mean you guys actually know how to drive, fat chance.
How do they sleep at night knowing they are making "quota" and just draining people's pockets for laws that have nothing to do with actual safety? I've seen these 3-point pieces of shit harnesses do MORE damage then good.

Out of all this, whether I'm right or wrong, I screwed. I can't fight this without money, and the fight won't do anything but cost me more money. Then they justify their being "right" because it's uncontested. No way in hell do they publicize that you'd have to drop thousands of dollars to prove your right. Justice costs money, and that is bullshit in it's own right.

I tried my damnedest to stay clean in this. I apologize to any of you who are not a cop if I offended you with my language. To the cops, suck me you dick licking Nazi pricks. Please disregard if your a cop who actually does a real job, like stopping murders and such.

Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

You said 4 tickets and listed 3. You also said you all 3 were wearing seat belts yet got a ticket for it? That sounds odd. So does the bit about the address. As I recall, you have a month to get your address on your license changed.

Screwing over the citizens... I thought that's what 3/4 of todays government is about?

yeah that whole post sounded weird to me. you had to do something to piss the cop off for him to write you up for stuff that you say there was nothing wrong with.

unless there is some hidden fact he's not telling us about then the whole situation sounds fishy. you do have a month to change your address. i got stopped shortly after we moved out here and i had forgot about the whole changing the address thing and the only thing the cop did was simply remind me.

            1. front plate
            2. address change
            3 x2 seat belt

why can he do this? like i said above. He and the city knows damn well, it'll cost more in attorney fees to fight then to just pay it. so right or wrong, he wins. He makes his quota, the city gets money, we go more broke, and pushed farther away from what our forefathers fought for.

My theory on why I got picked on. I was in my '92 W-44 Achieva. She's black on black, spoiler, dual exhaust, all factory. BUT, the factory mufflers sound like glass packs or a mild fart can, lowered suspension, and white letter tires. She looks like a mild FWD hot rod. AND I maybe 36 but I look 21, especially on a glance at 30 MPH. He picked me because I looked the easy target.

Safe speeders... yeah thats a good one... As much as I want to agree with that statement as some people can control their car and others can't... the fact is your still putting others at risk driving like that... Including the other two in your car.

Now for the front plate deal... yeah I got nabbed for that, they let me go with a warning including my tint darkness, but the point of the plate is to identify your vehicle... Yes it may ruin the look but only one plate makes it MUCH easier for those who don't even have a registration or insurance to hide that fact, or not get nabbed as easily... Would you like to get hit by one of those guys and then realize he's been floating by because he doesn't have to mark is car so its highly visible and noticeable? I finally caved and put my plate on the front of my car just to deter some attention to it... the tint and the exhaust will still draw it, but oh well.

Some of the arguments against laws I will agree on, but then again the other side of things they do have a good reason for being there. I personally don't agree that you should HAVE to wear a seat belt, but you should be responsible for those in the car with you that they wear one, other wise thats endangerment... But at the same time you can get in trouble for committing suicide, so I guess thats how they can leverage the seatbelt laws. We live in a country thats based on religious backgrounds were endangering your own life is not acceptable, so therefore many laws have been originated from that... Welcome to a bible humping country.

Now the address change, that I'll agree is BS... But at the same time I changed my address and they never issued me a new license... I have it written in pen on the back of my license on a sticker... if I want one with the proper address I need to go pay for a new one, so needless to say anyone to checks it for address it can be a bit confusing to them.

Judging by your attitude in this post I wonder what your reaction to the cop was when he pulled you over... If its anything near how your displaying your appreciation for the work he does do then I can understand why he pinned you for every little thing.

Actually when he pulled me over, I treated him with respect, no attitude, and like I would a military officer, since I'm a Marine grunt, that came easily.

My pissiness is because, I and everyone in my car, WERE wearing a seat belt. Hell I even pointed it out to him, "Sir. Please note the seatbelt." He responded, "Yes, good thing you're wearing it." i then removed it to get to my wallet.
THAT"S the bullshit part! That's what is burning my cookies. He can write me a license plate ticket everyday of the week and I'll take it happily. (BTW, Ohio is currently talking about not having them to save over $2mil a year in state costs.)

NOT Safe speeders. the asshat doing 50 down a residential side-street where kids maybe running around.

Safe-speeders, cruising 110+ through agricultural county, middle of nowhere, 2-5 cars every 15 mins. Smooth, precise, showing grace like a dancer, preferable holds a racing license.

Ticket the twit who yanks his wheel around darting through traffic and thinks he's moving at 75.
Ticket the moron doing 60 in a 65 in the LEFT LANE and gets pissed when you flash to pass, for obstructing traffic and causing unsafe conditions.
Ticket the ass who flanks behind and left, in the blind spot, and refuses to pass or move over to let other traffic by, if you look in your mirror and see 30 cars lined up behind you, THIS MEANS YOU!
Ticket the retards passing on the right.

God I could do this all day.

If you only knew how easy it is to get a Nascar license you wouldn't use that as an example. State under age Un-licensed drivers can get a Nascar license... all it costs is money, they do not make sure you can speed responsibly.. thats the last thing you see on the race track these days.

I have no explination for the seat belt deal and I'm not going to argue the list you have going... the worlds far from perfect and you will never see those in power using their brain before simply doing something that benefits their wallet.

                    95, I'm with ya here.
Not sure exactly what happened, but you did get the short end. No doubt there, but I scream pipes every day, 1st to 2nd, back to first, (Magnaflows rock), but I never, ever!!, break the limit in town.
Big No No! (no tickets since 1981)
No front plate, may come back to bite me some day. Ohio law sux that way.

But Middletown is a car town. Mine is a Brown shoe amongst Tuxedoes. I'm pretty much ignored. Friday Night at Sonic? I am an observer.
