It's not the lq1, l67, whatever initials and numbers you choose to go under
(i personaly prefer LT1 and/or 383).
It's posts like this this that create the attitudes. well mabey not this post directly, but....
Ok it's like this you have one person running his mouth, and a group of people hear him. They then stereotype a whole group and begain to mouth off, the outher group that is stereotyped will then retaliate. This then pigonholes every one who happens the have, lets sat an l67, into that group.
Ford VS chevy/ chevy V/S dodge, American V/S import ect..ect..ect...
It allways been one group fighting anoughter and the inocent bystanders get draged in with the idiots.
"Can't we all just get along"Raceing a ricer is like running in the specail olympics. Even if you win your still retraded.

I drive a LQ1 manual even and I am not a jerk but will stand the case that this engine and every engine for that matter has issues no matter what money pifler built it. I will stand up for the beast within and will show what it's got on occasion, but I personaly feel that I would never own a car with a L67 for the simple fact that GM vison of a supercharger is somewhat dull.
I am not in anyway dis'ing the newer GP's I like some of the GP's style crap I own 3 Pontiacs.
Again still to this day even I haven't really spoke to or encountered any hot headed GTP SC owners, crap I hardly even race my car, only when drivers are peons at yellow lights or are slow as frell.
Granted my car and engine isn't a push over thanks to the lightened valve train.I am back
