hyperjunk? i'd stay away, they add a little bit of fuel and timing at WOT, that's about it...

IIRC, on the A-bodies, the ECM is behind the glovebox, pull the two screws out that hold the MEMCAL cover on, pull the MEMCAL, attach WOT-chip/adapter to MEMCAL correctly, reinsert into ECM, throw glovebox back on.

Both my 91 and 92 have custom tuned chips by Ben, the owner of WOT. Ben is a good guy and does good work.

correct, when you pull the two screws out, the cover will come off and you'll see a blue plastic object, should have a silver sticker on it with a 4 letter code. if it's not on the outside of the MEMCAL(blue plastic object), then remove the MEMCAL from the ECM, then look through the little sight-hole in the top, you should be able to see the sticker from there. if not, then CAREFULLY remove the blue cover via the little tabs on the side(they're pretty brittle).

And use the LETTERS, not the numbers when you order the chip.

i've been able to decode them based on the external PROM ID(4 numbers, not letters) before, but going by the letters is a LOT easier.
