Everyone knows it. Convenience costs extra. That's why everything at a Convenience Store is so much higher than at a grocery store. Anyway, just thought I'd share my story of tonight...
So I had to return some stuff to Walmart. My wife wanted me to pick her up some soda while I was there. So, I got her a case of Diet Mt. Dew. I also grabbed myself a 2L of Cherry Coke. At the checkout, I decided I was thirsty, so I also grabbed a 20oz bottle of Cherry Dr. Pepper. Ok, so here is where the lesson comes in to play.
2L of Cherry Coke (if it makes a difference, 2L of Cherry Dr. Pepper was the same price) $1
20oz of Cherry Dr. Pepper, at the checkout area $1.48
What makes this even worse is that I live ~5 min from Walmart... And I only drank a little bit on the drive home...
