MBR w/walk-in closet, refin bathroom w/Jacuzzi tub. Fully fin basement. CA, alarm. Close to U of M, school & community centre."

im stoked! we move in on Sept 1st.

place for the 'bird to sit and work on. spare room for customers cars, and still 2 parking spots beside the garage for the womans YJ and my Subaru.

fuck this is crazy! we didnt think we would get it at all. but both fell in love with it and wanted it so bad!

Congratulations. (I feel a house warming party commin' on ) Do yourself a favor, don't do like my brother and turn the garage into a den. A nice place with pool table and everything. But his poor cars come to my house to get worked on.

ROTFLMAO!! thats EXACTLY how this guy (we are buying it off of) has it setup!!

there is carpet down on it (just layed down) a few vid games, a tv and stereo and some couches... even has a bunch of cubicle dividers and some desks in there too...

dont worry that things going to be jam packed by the first week... i have 2 3400's and a 3.1L sitting in our furnace room here in the apartment, and my mom is still bitching at me to get rid of the 3 3100's i have sitting in her shed along with the other assorted misc car parts that are jamed in there.. "get these damned engines out of my shed, i cant even get my lawn mower in and out of it!"

                    :P

Cool deal. Only advice I can offer is dont ever think you got enough room. My wife seems to think my garage is a place to store things. Not work on things when its snowing. Anyway I built an awesome set of kitchen cabinets and made the statement to her she would never figure out where to put everything and would never run out of room. Gee. Guess I gotta build more cabinets now.....

Heheh, you can't knock that. My parents cottage has a double garage (barn style), with a second floor with a full bathroom, hardwoord, sky lights, etc. that's a spare bed room and soon to be pool table. Very pimp tight. So you get the best of both worlds.

Colin, congrats buddy. Sounds wicked cool. If I was around your neck of the woods, I'd be the first one helping move boxes.

                          Congrats again,
