    Only in Colorado

    A guy today, after Grandby, CO's city council turned down his zoning dispute, put 1/4in steel diamond plate armor all around his Bull Dozer and went on a rampage. After running through and effectively leveling a library, a garage, and over 35 Aspen trees. Unfortunately, he got stuck in a hardware store owned by a council member, at which point the local SWAT team caught up. They have been unable to find a way in at this point, and bulletsjust richocet off. There was a rumor of there being a 50cal gun inside, but that is believed to be untrue.

    DAMN. Only in Colorado huh?

      And the guy is now dead...

      The setup was pretty fricken sweet though. It was 1" steel plating, then a layer of concrete, followed by another layer of steel. Yeah, he was pretty damn protected inside there. Alot of thought definitely went into the whole deal. Even said the bomb team's first 2 attempts to blow the hinges to gain access to the cab were unsuccessful.

                If anyone can find pics, the thing was ingenious. Teh guy had 3 cameras, with 3 TVs inside, to know where he was going. And it took the swap team like 6 hours to get inside. They even tried bombing it, TWICE, and neither bomb even dented the armor.
