Yeah, dump that shitty mono leaf. The ride would be improved greatly. I think you would notice a great deal less body roll in the rear with the coilovers in. As far as stiffness goes, you get to chose that with the Held coilovers. He lets you pick a spring rate that you want. Combined with KYB GR2's you'll have a sweet suspension. As far as ride height goes, the higher you go the more body roll you are going to have and the lower you go the less, so what ever suits you.
