I recently got this program for Windows called X-Setup (from Xteq). It does essentially the same thing as TweakUI, but like x 10. Well I'm looking through the various things you can tweak and for each one there is a little description box telling you exactly what that tweak does. Well I came across this one in the System --> Crash Control section called "Blue Screen Hotkey" which is described as follows:

Windows includes a "feature" (?) that lets you blue-screen (crash) the OS simply by holding the right CTRL key and pressing the "Scroll Lock" key twice.
After activating this option, reboot your system. Then hold the right CTRL key and press the "Scroll Lock" key twice.
Windows will react with a nice MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH (0xE2) blue-screen...
