3.1 blues

I have a 3.1 liter in my '91 camaro that is giving me hell!!!It will turn over(makes revolution)but it will not combust??I have fuel pressure-fuel pump is new-fuel filter is new-fuel rail and injectors new-cap/rotor/wires and plugs new-ecm &pcam are new-starter-relays and probly even more--yet I still get no vroom!!!I have spark and fuel?????Fed up,anyone have any suggestions?????

compression test?

does the motor turn over nice and smooth?....does it act like it wants to fire and JUST NOT get it?....possibly jump timing???...how are ytour sparkplugs and wires?...those are some things to check

As Ben stated....do a compression test...I have precisely the same current situation with the same engine (Fiero)...everything would suggest that the engine should *fart*...compression test revealed all cylinders below 80psi (rings collapsed)....not enough squeeze to fire the mixture.
