i weighed my L67 Lumina with me in it, was 3480.

I recently did the f/r s/s weight of my subaru, ill have to look and see what it worked out to be. but yeah i can feel for sure the W-Body's are pretty front heavy.

I'm not agreeing with the 2500lbs. I know it weighs more than that. It probably weighs close to 3000 like my Beretta.

It could weight 2500lbs if it was gutted of the interior and all the glass was removed.

Morrosso park in west palm beach. Gainsville is like several hundred miles north.

But those numbers seem way off SappySE107, theres no way a 2 door GT with a V6 ran a 9 sec 0-60. The GM mini vans with the 3400 run faster than that. The Equinox my mother has was a 9 sec 0-60 with the 3400, timed it several times. I admit, the scrap yard scales might be off, but I bought this car in 2000 with 50,???K miles on it and half the reason I got it was because rolling at 10MPH then punching it would lite up the front wheels. But those goodyear RSA's didnt grip for shiznit. Anyway, lighten up. I got some video's coming of my install and my custom turbo manifold, along with how it was made. I've got to fab up a tranny mount still, going to get vid of that for those that want to convert, so I'm working on that now, and when its all done, I'll go find a truckers scale on the side of the highway and let you know for sure, my bad dog, dont get all grumpy, and it was a 14.8 at 92MPH in the 1/4 mile, exactly 1320 feet according to their website, and it was done in 2004, ran with Falken Azenis Sport tires sized 205-55-16's, these mofuggers grip like a whore.......

actually not yet. The engine is on the stand still, waiting on pushrods, and still got to fab up the tranny mount. Then its off to orlando for a shop to program the engine managment system for a break in period. It might be a month or so since I have 2 mortgages to deal with till I can sell my other house.

Here are 2 pics of the car taken a month ago or 2..

i read most of this thread... is it possible the scale was "zero'd" out when something heavy like a scrap metal bin was on it, that way they can determine the weight of the contents easier...

other than that, i dont know shit... if you told me it weighed 25lbs i would have no choice but to believe you, in theory. the car looks good though, one of the nicest ive seen of that body style. got some interior pics?
