Those dimensions are there as well, you just have to start from the bottom left bolt holes and go from there. That particular bolt hole is dimensioned off of the crank centerline, and all the other bellhousing bolt holes are referenced off of that bolt hole.

Thank you and thank you again! So I'm assuming it's the 12.6mm below the refrence point (center of the lowest bellhousing hole on the left)? ...and of course I can read that it's 177.8mm towards the center of the two lowest holes (I'm reading on the print that it's not centered between them seeing as that would be 186.65mm) from the refrence point to crank centerline or dead centered between the two upper most bellhousing holes.

The bottom left bolt hole is 177.8mm left of the center of the crank, and 12.6mm above the center of the crank.
The bottom right bolt hole is 373.3mm to the right of the bottom left hole, or 195.5mm right of the center of the crank. It is 26.5mm above the center of the crank.
