razors and tread, especially if they like to do burn outs.
cut gently at the side wall, you don't want to go too deep, from bead to bead in 5 or 6 spots around the tire, make sure to get down to the steel belt on the tread section, carpet razors work best. next time they spin the tires, they get de-capped.
