No headlights on 95 grand am

Yea it's in the fusebox on the side of the dashboard. It's the little metal box on the bottom with HDLP written next to it. Now that I'm reading the manual it sounds like the breaker is self-resetting. "An electrical overload will cause the lights to go on and off or, in some cases, to remain off."

My haynes manual doesn't show any relays for the headlamp wiring unless you have the daytime running lamps option.
