  • New headlights, need matching fog lights

I ordered some of these for my GP, since honestly I don't know what GM was thinking when they put these stock headlights in, I can see so little at night it's very dangerous.

Anyways, I like to run with my foglights on as well (I like how it looks). However, my fog lights are going to be very yellow and dim looking compared to these new headlights (I got the blue/white xeon ones). I don't want to buy entire new foglights, I would like to just get some aftermarket bulbs that will fit into the fog light socket.

Anyone know where I can find some? Will just any H3 bulb work for the fogs, or do I need an 889 bulb? Sylvania's site lists both as fog lamps, but the 889 is a lower wattage than the H3's so I am confused as to which it really is.

    Thanks.

Well the GM manual says the bulb is 880, so I guess the Sylvania site is wrong.

Does anyone happen to know the temperature of the eurolamps bulbs? I emailed them about it but they never seem to respond to anything... I would like to get matching fog laps that are of the same temperature.

    Thanks.
