These flange bolts with the stud on top. What is the proper name? Where can I get more? They're used all over the place on engines, but I can't find replacements!

They are just called "studs"
As for getting replacments, I go to hardware stores (I have found them at LOWE's and HOME DEPOT. You can get them from the dealership as well. Easiest thing to do is go to a junkyard and pull them off of another engine.Taylor

I haev gotten them in the past but some places don't keep metric, and almost anything you pull off of a GM engine is going to be metric.Taylor
