so is it possible to upgrade my 95' 3100 fwd with applicable bolt ons from a 3400 i.e.:throttle body, intake manifold...cuz ive been lookin for upgrades for my grand prix and all ive got is a chip tuner (+17hp) and intake (+10hp)

Yes you can use the larger port 3400 manifolds and the late model heads with the slightly larger intake valve. You can also upgrade to 3500 stuff (heads included) which are even better. You could also change the complete engine for an increase in displacement.

You can't use the 3500 heads on a 3.1/3100/2.8. The bore is too small for the 3500 combustion chamber.

Oh yea I guess not. Well then stick with the 3400 intake mod then. Or do the whole 3500
