Exhaust Question

Does anyone know if the exhaust on a 1st gen lumina Z34 is the same as the exhaust on my 97 mc z34?

I was under the impression that the downpipe was to the driver side of the exhaust manifolds on the 91-95 cars and towards the center of the exhaust manifold on the 96/7 cars. Now if you are talking cat-back, some people buy the Borla system for your car and have it modded slightly to fit on the earlier cars so in theory it could be made to fit your car at an exhaust shop.

Im talking stock for stock catback. D.O.H.C is getting exhaust systems made using his car's exhaust as a template and I want to be sure that the system will fit my car.

Then like I mentioned about the Borla system, it will probably have to be slightly modified by an exhaust shop to fit correctly. So in theory, yes it should fit.
