Cammed 3.1l

I would like an aftermarket cam for 3.1l to make it sound better.

I would like a really loud exhuast note not like a ricer or anything.

What mods have you guys done to make a 3.1l sound good?

Stroker kit maybe to sound better?

sounds would be more exhaust than engine. If you are going to go through the trouble to swap a cam in, then do it for POWER or FUEL ECONOMY instead of for SOUND.

id say do a hybrid. i could NOT beleave the difference in the sound from JUST the hybrid. and then do a 2.5" downpipe/exhaust. and it would sound MEAN.

the 3.1 has a really bad ricer sound to them with an exhaust because of the little bitty D shapped intake runners. compaired to the rounded large intake runners on the new 3400/3500
